  • How do I make a booking?
    Just click on the link at the top for booking
  • How many dogs will you walk at one time?
    We will only walk a maximum of 5 dogs at one time if we are walking alone. If both of us are together then that number can be increased.
  • What if you only have 1 booking for that day and I have paid for a group booking?
    You loved one will benefit from having individual attention, or we will bring our own 2 fluffy dogs as they need to be walked to.
  • Do you offer other services?
    Yes, please contact us with your needs and we will see if we can accommodate.
  • Do you have social media sites?
    Yes, we have facebook and Instagram, just click on the links to take us to the page. Please follow and like us to see regular pictures.
  • Do you work weekends?
    Yes, please check our booking page for availability
  • Why are there days you are unavailable?
    Tracy is a Paramedic, and Andy is a Police officer. Unfortunately we will not always be available everyday. We keep our booking page up to date with our shifts.
  • What if I have made a booking and you are running late from work?
    Rest assured we would never want to let you down, so we will only take bookings on our days off or before we start work, that way we can guarantee we will never leave you disappointed.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    We offer discounts for emergency services, flight attendants and Gatwick Airport staff on production of a valid ID which we will look at when we visit.
  • I have 2 dogs can you offer a discount for multiple dogs from the same household?
    Yes we are happy to offer a discount for your second, third or even forth dog please contact us so we can send you a discount code
  • What if I have booked a walk and the weather is awful?
    Unless you cancel the walk we will go out and get wet, we will fulfill our commitment to you. We have suitable wet and warm weather clothing. If your dog becomes wet we will towel dry your dog before returning them to you
